Available drivers are not receiving trips.

When drivers are available but are not receiving trips, it's possible that the vehicle assigned to them are still assigned to the previous driver in Radar. Follow these steps to fix the issue:


  1. Check that the driver is online (green dot) in Radar.



  1. Navigate to Vehicles and search for the vehicle that the driver is using.



  1. If the vehicle is still assigned to the previous driver, click the ellipsis on the right most part of the row and click Unassign Driver.



  1. Once unassigned, click the ellipsis again on the right most part of the vehicle's row and click Assign Driver.



  1. Search for the driver and click Assign.



  1. Verify that the driver is able to receive trips.
