Driver App: Drivers are not receiving trips

When you're available but are not receiving trips, follow these steps below to resolve this issue.


  1. Tap the Available button to go offline.



  1. Tap the profile icon to the profile page.



  1. Tap the X button on the vehicle tab to remove the vehicle.



  1. Log-out of the driver app.



  1. Log-in again.



  1. Select the same vehicle you removed in Step 2.



  1. Tap the Available button to go online.



  1. Verify that you're able to receive trips.
