How do I cancel a ride?
For on-demand trips, there is a Cancel request button after you have submitted your trip request.

After your trip has been accepted, you can still cancel it before the driver picks you up.

For scheduled trips, there is a Cancel button when you view your scheduled trips in the Scheduled Request page.

You will be given a time frame in which you can cancel free of charge, depending on the ride provider of your choice.
When you cancel a ride beyond the given time frame, applicable charges will apply.
