How to help drivers find a location that’s off or can’t find the correct location?.
Mapping systems like Google, Bing, Apple, Openstreet maps all have pinned markers that are pinned to where that system thinks the address is located. They are usually close but could be a block or more off from where the rider is actually at and wants to be picked up. You can go to the Mapping software’s website and submit a request for the GPS pinned marker to be moved. But here’s an example of how GOIN’ solves this issue.
Driver reported that GPS was taking him to an empty lot. For a Power Wheelchair user you’re likely looking for a ramp or ground level door access to a residence for this pick up. GOIN’ enables you to call the rider and also turn on Satellite view and zoom in to the location giving a birds eye view.

In Radar, dispatch is able to go to the Riders Saved locations and when they edit they can spin the location around to see the best pick up places.

The high stairs to the front door for nearby houses helped them discover the alley and there they found the rider at the garage door. To save these details for the Saved location move the pin to a better location on the map for the Garage door and add notes. Now the future drivers will be navigated there and see the notes.
