The verification code sent to my phone number fails, how else do I log-in?

There are times that the 4-digit verification code you received to log-in to Goin's Rider App would show invalid. Other times you simply did not receive a code at all.

If any of this happens you can choose to resend the code again after 60 seconds. Another way is to choose to send the code to your email address.

Check your email for the code and type it in the Rider App.
